Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work in the Breda area, The Netherlands. This flexible, assignment-based role involves varying daily tasks across multiple clients and hours with no guaranteed minimums.

Ideal candidates are part-timers, remote workers with onsite availability, or multiservice providers; students with flexible schedules are welcome. Travel may be required per client needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch with good English; customer-facing communication.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and EUC software.
• Support End User Workspace hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and conferencing equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document requests in the service desk system.
• Provide advanced support for complex issues and VIP users.
• Collaborate with remote teams on packaging, distribution and image management.
