Quantify Group B.V. is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process in the Dutch market. You will build strong talent pipelines, sourcing MBO-level talent and fostering relationships with universities to support government, startup, and deep-tech clients.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers, while maintaining candidate pipelines and engaging with education partners to build long-term talent pools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch labour market, especially vocational/technical pools.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and direct outreach.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned with client hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Source candidates in the Dutch market with a focus on MBO-level talent.
• Build relationships with universities, HBOs, and vocational institutions to create long-term pipelines.
• Engage with student networks and education partners to support tech and innovation roles in government and startups.
