Job summary

Quantify Group B.V. is seeking a hands-on recruiter in the Netherlands to own end-to-end recruitment for government and tech clients, building pipelines from sourcing to offers.

You will partner with universities, HBO and MBO institutes, manage candidate experiences, and drive talent outreach across startups and deep tech portfolios, blending hands-on recruitment with ecosystem building.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch labour market, especially vocational/technical pools.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and candidate follow-up.
• Maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned with client hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build relationships with universities, HBO and MBO institutions to create long-term pipelines.
