Robin Radar is seeking aBusiness Development Manager to manage and expand our key customers in Military Aviation, focusing on bird-strike prevention and wildlife radar technology at air bases worldwide. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Tech Sales, Service, Support, and Marketing to turn complex requirements into proposals and close strategic contracts.

• : BA/MA in relevant field and international experience.
• : Deep understanding of military aviation sector and government procurement processes.
• : Fluency in English for business; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• : Manage and expand portfolio of key customers globally (excluding North America).
• + Build account plans and ensure successful delivery on orders.
• + Advise clients on radar applications, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• + Drive pipeline growth and represent Robin Radar at trade shows and events.
• + Monitor sales metrics and provide accurate forecasts.
• + Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Bid Ops, Tech Sales, Quality.
