Job summary

Robin Radar Systems seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our key customer base in Military Aviation, delivering high-impact radar solutions and counter-drone protection globally, with a focus on international markets and travel up to 40%.

You will coordinate with Sales, Tech Sales, Service, Support, and Marketing under the Head of Sales, converting complex requirements into winning proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years in business development or account management in international settings.
• Deep understanding of military aviation and government procurement.
• Experience with radar technology or aviation infrastructure is desirable.
• Fluent business English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key customer portfolio in Military Aviation worldwide (excl. North America).
• Lead proposals, negotiate terms, and close strategic contracts to meet sales targets.
• Drive pipeline through virtual and live meetings, demos, and trade shows.
• Forecast performance, report metrics, and collaborate with PM, Bid Ops, Tech Sales, and Marketing.
• Travel up to 40% for meetings and events.
