Job summary

Robin Radar Systems seeks an Account Manager to grow and protect a portfolio of global customers in civil aviation, focusing on radar-based bird-strike prevention and wildlife management solutions. You will translate complex requirements into proposals and close strategic contracts, reporting to the Avian Sales Team Manager.

The role requires 8–10 years in account management, fluency in English, and willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years in account management in an international environment.
• Deep understanding of the civil aviation sector.
• Prior radar technology or aviation infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English for business; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account management and relationship building with global customers as main contact.
• Lead sales generation, contract negotiation, and renewal closings to exceed targets.
• Drive pipeline growth via virtual and in-person meetings and industry events.
• Provide commercial forecasting and performance tracking with accurate reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Bid Ops, Tech Sales, and Quality.
