Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of key customers in civil airports worldwide, focusing on bird-strike prevention and wildlife radar applications. You will coordinate with Sales, Tech Sales, Service, Support and Marketing to turn complex needs into proposals and close strategic contracts.

You will build structured account plans, drive growth, negotiate terms, and travel up to 40% to engage stakeholders at events and sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years in account management in international environments.
• Deep understanding of civil aviation sector and radar/aviation infrastructure is desirable.
• Fluency in English for business; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of global customers.
• Advise clients on radar applications, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Drive pipeline growth through virtual and in-person meetings.
• Forecast sales, track performance metrics, and deliver reports.
