Job summary

Luigi's Box seeks an International Partnership Manager to grow strategic partners across Northern Europe. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with partners in Western Europe, mainly DACH, Benelux, and UKI, with a remote position based in Germany or the Netherlands.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, Marketing, and Sales to create value propositions, drive partner-generated opportunities, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tech or e-commerce, ideally MarTech or SaaS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with partner management in DACH/Benelux markets.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage partner base across DACH, Benelux, and UK/IE and Nordics.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership, Marketing, and Sales to create value propositions for partners.
• Drive partner-generated opportunities to meet annual targets.
• Participate in industry events to build relationships with partners.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure satisfaction during onboarding.
