Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an Operations & Back Office Support Specialist in Helmond to streamline daily business operations across Europe. You will coordinate customer orders, logistics, ERP administration, and internal communications between customers, sales, service, finance and factories.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable in an international manufacturing environment, with strong English skills and ERP experience (Odoo preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, order management, logistics coordination, or business administration.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
• Experience in international manufacturing/tech environment preferred.
• Experience with customer order processing and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create and process orders in Odoo and maintain data.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with factories and suppliers.
• Organise domestic and international shipments and coordinate freight.
• Support sales with customer administration tasks and quotations.
• Maintain customer records and communication history.
