Delta Electronics in Helmond, Netherlands, seeks a service-oriented Costumer Support professional to grow our EMEA presence. You will support the Sales team and other departments by handling orders, data accuracy, and customer inquiries across cultures.

Responsibilities include SAP order processing, delivery date confirmation, data validation, expediting orders, forecasting with supply chain, invoicing and shipping documentation, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of another European language is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Order Processor and Customer Sales Support; experience in an industrial market is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with prioritizing and problem-solving.
• Business operation awareness and international mindset; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently with high self-quality work.
• SAP transactions and Office software knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) are mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Receive, check and process customer orders in SAP and confirm delivery dates.
• Follow-up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.
• Monitor order backlog and pro-actively expedite to meet Customer Requested Delivery date.
• Manage customer forecasts and coordinate actions with supply chain, sales and customers.
• Create shipment in SAP and coordinate with warehouse; prepare shipping documents.
• Coordinate special shipping arrangements with warehouse/transport and SCM team.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up overdue invoices.
• Sales support: respond to inquiries, maintain customer master data and price data in SAP/SPS; build relationships.
• Respond to inbound/outbound call inquiries professionally and timely.
• Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow-up with contacts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
