Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a client in Amsterdam. You will manage daily contact between European customers and the Asian supply base, handling order entry through after-sales support and coordinating production, logistics and invoicing.

You will need 3–5 years in a similar B2B manufacturing role, strong Excel skills (PivotTable, VLOOKUP), excellent communication and intercultural abilities, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar B2B manufacturing role (order entry, after-sales, sales support).
• Experience in logistics and supply chain in a similar industry is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Accurate and analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact between European customers and the Asian supply base, from order entry to after-sales support.
• Coordinate order confirmation, production, logistics, shipping, and invoicing.
• Build close working relationships with clients and supply base based on trust and service.
• Manage multiple time zones and locations in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and procedures.
