Job summary

Schneider Electric in Helmond is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer orders, manage logistics processes, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams. The role sits in an international environment and emphasizes accurate order execution and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support order management, handle CRs, and ensure timely delivery while using SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Salesforce CRM.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication.
• Data analysis skills and familiarity with digital tools.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, WMS, or TMS is a plus.
• Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing operations of incoming orders with Front Office and suppliers.
• Handle CRs according to SLAs and ensure clear customer communication.
• Follow complete order execution from entry to shipment.
• Manage urgent customer requests, returns and quality follow-up actions.
• Analyze inventory, delivery and sales order issues and report feedback.
• Collaborate with supply chain to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the order portfolio.
• Support the Customer Contact Center with order management.
• Prepare certificates and export documents.
• Update order data, including promised dates and changes.
