Job summary

INNOVATEST Group of Companies in Maastricht, Netherlands, is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator with a strong affinity for industrial equipment, mechatronics, or mechanical systems to strengthen our global service operations.

You will be the central point of coordination between customers, international partners, and internal technical teams, and you will manage and prioritize technical service cases in collaboration with Service Engineers, Production, and R&D.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for international customers and partners regarding technical service requests
Register, track, and prioritize service cases using Dynamics 365 and Business Central
Analyze issues and assign cases to engineering or service teams
Coordinate with Service Engineers, Production and R&D to ensure timely resolution
Monitor open cases to meet service timelines and expectations
Provide remote support and basic troubleshooting guidance
Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and workflows
