Job summary

Innovatest Shanghai is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to strengthen our global service operations with a strong affinity for industrial equipment, mechatronics, or mechanical systems. You will act as the central point of coordination between international customers, partners, and internal technical teams.

You will manage and prioritize technical service cases, coordinate with Service Engineers, Production, and R&D to ensure timely resolution, and provide clear, proactive communication

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical service desk or field service environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Business Central).
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for international customers and partners regarding technical service requests.
• Register, track, and prioritize service cases using ERP/CRM systems.
• Assign cases to engineering or service teams and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with Service Engineers, Production, and R&D for timely resolutions.
• Provide remote support and basic troubleshooting where possible.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
