Job summary
CSi Palletising in Raamsdonksveer, The Netherlands, seeks a Senior Field Service Specialist to keep high‑performance palletising systems running and to drive continual improvements.
You will diagnose mechatronic and software faults, implement upgrades, and advise customers on lifecycle solutions while traveling extensively (70%). This is a hands‑on, international role within the Mpac Group.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or similar technical field.
- Extensive experience in industrial automation or field service engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PLC software (Allen Bradley & Siemens).
- Experience with robot systems is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a bonus.
- Proactive, independent mindset with strong customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechatronic and software faults on palletising installations.
- Implement modifications, upgrades, and retrofits on service projects.
- Advise customers on system improvements, training, and lifecycle solutions.
- Travel to customer sites up to 70% as a CSi ambassador.
- Support 24/7 consignment service to maximise uptime.
