Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
• Interest or experience in designing and developing mechatronic systems and precision equipment.
• Knowledge of drive technology, motors, sensors, actuators, and control engineering.
• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of machine design, tolerances and material selection.
• Experience assembling, testing, and improving prototypes and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills, independence, and a result-oriented mindset, combined with a practical and accurate way of working.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve mechatronic solutions for hardness testers.
• Translate functional requirements into reliable systems.
• Collaborate with mechanics, electronics, and software engineers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize prototypes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
