Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics (Netherlands) is seeking an Operations Agent High-Tech to manage end-to-end international freight operations, including quoting, tracking, routing, and customer service. You will work with multiple modes (air and ocean) and ensure quality management and vendor compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in freight forwarding, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and DG/TSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally Airfreight.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for designated customers and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including quoting, customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance, invoicing, quality management and customer interaction
