Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Operations Agent Airfreight to coordinate the day-to-day import/export of international airfreight shipments. You will work with customers to gather shipping details, prepare quotations, set schedules, and communicate with carriers and ports to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

The role requires at least 2 years of airfreight experience, fluent English and Dutch, strong document handling, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining

Qualifications

• min. 2 years of experience as an Air Freight Forwarder
• Fluent English and Dutch required
• Strong PC skills; CargoWise experience a plus
• ITAR, DG or TSA knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of airfreight shipments
• Qualify customer shipping requirements and prepare quotations
• Set schedules and communicate with customers, carriers and ports
• Track shipments and resolve issues to meet schedules
• Ensure regulatory compliance and billing processes
