Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation in Hoofddorp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support assigned customer accounts within our global logistics and storage services. You will handle orders, inquiries, and service requests to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, while maintaining complete and up-to-date records.

The role requires clear English and Dutch communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with CRM or TMS systems.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations support, logistics, customer service, or related fields.
Advanced English language skills – written and spoken.
Dutch language: native or professional working proficiency.
Willingness to work 100% on-site initially, with potential for hybrid later.
Experience with CRM and/or Transport Management Systems (CRM/TMS)
Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple shipments and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Delivers proactive and responsive support for assigned customer accounts to maintain service coverage and continuity.
Processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and service requests for accurate and timely fulfillment.
Resolves standard issues related to order status, backorders, pricing adjustments, and shipment exceptions.
Coordinates with internal and external parties to address special orders and fulfillment-related needs.
Maintains accurate customer, order and open issue records for reliable transaction processing.
