Job summary

World Courier Holland B.V., part of Cencora, seeks an operations support specialist to deliver proactive customer care across accounts, process orders, and resolve standard issues to keep shipments running smoothly.

The role requires strong English and Dutch, 2+ years in logistics/CS, and on-site work with potential hybrid transition. Excel, CRM/TMS experience, and teamwork are valued. Two-shift coverage is offered from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in operations support, logistics, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken; Dutch proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Delivers proactive and responsive support for assigned customer accounts to maintain service coverage and continuity.
• Processes routine customer orders, inquiries, and service requests through approved channels to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Resolves standard issues related to order status, backorders, pricing adjustments, and shipment exceptions to minimize disruption to service delivery.
• Coordinates with internal and external parties to address special orders and fulfillment-related needs.
• Maintains accurate customer, order, and open issue records to support reliable transaction processing and service visibility.
• Escalates non-standard issues and recurring service gaps to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational and customer information across systems for effective handovers.
