Job summary

AmerisourceBergen in the Netherlands is hiring for Customer Service Employees. Three vacancies are available: 1 full-time and 2 part-time.

You will manage daily operations for pharmaceutical customers, handling order entry, invoicing, and inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams like warehouse and transport planning. The role requires at least MBO+ / HBO in a business field, strong English, some Dutch proficiency preferred, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience.
• Good level of English; Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement.
• Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Good people manager.
• Be able to push back to customers/transporters.
• Capable of working in a team.
• Good practice in MS office.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers.
• Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry, invoicing, reporting to customers, guiding and handling complaints and irregularities.
• Direct contact with customers and internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality.
