Job summary

HEINEKEN is offering a 6-month internship in the Global Leadership Development Team based at our Amsterdam head office. You will engage in leadership development programmes across markets, help with learning materials, and support programme communications.

The role emphasizes data analysis to drive insights, improvement of measurement strategies, and ownership in a fast-paced, international environment. Hybrid work is available two days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university with ongoing studies for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in leadership development and data insights.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of global leadership development programmes across markets.
• Assist day-to-day learning tasks and communications for leadership programmes.
• Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities to improve programme impact.
• Contribute to refining learning measurement approaches and ROI predictors.
