Job summary

HEINEKEN invites you to join the Global Graduate Program at our international head office in Amsterdam as an intern. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and global communications, while supporting communities across countries and cultures.

You’ll work on projects from day one, take ownership of tasks, and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at HBO or WO level and interested in Early Careers
• You take initiative, are hands-on, and care about doing things well
• You like taking ownership and stay organized in a fast-changing environment
• You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and connect easily across cultures
• You are eager to learn, get involved, and grow in an international environment where you can make an impact

Responsibilities

• Organise global recruitment campaigns
• Create communications and content for candidates and HR teams worldwide
• Support onboarding, workshops and activities for the global graduate community
• Help improve tools, platforms and content connecting the GGP community
• Collaborate with colleagues and graduates across countries and cultures
