Job summary

HEINEKEN Learning & People Development HR Internship at the Amsterdam Head Office offers a 5‑month hybrid role, starting Sept 1, 2026, with 3–4 days/week and a €650 gross monthly stipend. Work in a collaborative team guiding talent development across the organisation.

You will develop leadership programs, support onboarding, drive internal campaigns, contribute to DE&I initiatives, and plan wellbeing activities in a fast‑paced global setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as WO/Master level student for entire internship.
• Fields of study include HRM, organisational development/psychology, educational sciences, business admin or related.
• Must reside in the Netherlands and hold BSN; housing not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and deployment of modern leadership programs and skill trainings.
• Coordinate onboarding journeys for new hires to ensure a welcoming start.
• Write and launch internal activation campaigns for team development and learning initiatives.
• Assist DE&I activities, including organizing cultural events and workshops.
• Plan and organize health and wellbeing programs with specialists.
