The 2026 HEINEKEN Learning & People Development HR Internship represents a premier portal into world-class talent management and global corporate culture. Located at HEINEKEN’s strategic Head Office in the vibrant center of Amsterdam, this placement allows selected interns to support the business through a massive organizational transition. The strategic Head Office transition focuses on strengthening cross-functional teams, building future-ready capabilities, and streamlining ways of working across diverse global markets.

Prospective interns joining this cohort become active members of a highly collaborative people development team. The team consists of a Learning & People Development Lead, a People Data Specialist, two L&D Specialists, and an Employability Lead. Working together with another peer intern, you will receive close guidance, direct project ownership, and one-on-one check-ins with your team lead every two weeks. The team operates under a hybrid model, combining productive remote work with at least two collaborative days in the Amsterdam office per week.
