Job summary

The HEINEKEN Head Office in Amsterdam offers a practice-oriented internship in Learning & People Development. You will contribute to learning, leadership, onboarding, team development and employee experience, combining coordination, communication and problem-solving while supporting a business in transformation.

As an intern, you will collaborate with colleagues across Learning & People Development and People Partners, with room to shape parts of the internship around your interests and goals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in a relevant field.
• Interest in learning, people development and how organisations work.
• Clear English communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several activities or projects.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, communications, events or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and leadership initiatives, from planning and participant communication to evaluation.
• Help colleagues navigate the learning offer and respond to programme questions.
• Contribute to onboarding activities for a strong and welcoming start at HEINEKEN.
• Create clear communications and activation campaigns for learning programmes and People initiatives.
• Support projects and events related to team development, DEI, health and wellbeing, and employability.
• Coordinate multiple activities, keep stakeholders informed, and identify practical work improvements.
