Job summary

HEINEKEN in Amsterdam invites students to join a unique internship in Global Accounting & Risk Management, supporting Management Reporting and NeuroHEIve initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations, data analytics and visualisations while contributing to an inclusive workplace.

The program blends finance analytics with employee engagement, offering a hybrid schedule, a 650€ gross monthly allowance, and a 5–6 month duration in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at an educational institution for the entire internship.
• Non-EU nationals must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
• EU nationals may be registered at educational institutions outside the EU.
• Reside in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship; housing is not provided.
• Have a valid BSN (citizen service number).
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Python, Databricks and other tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Reporting with the redesign and migration of the SharePoint landscape.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Translate financial and employee data into meaningful insights and visualisations.
• Support NeuroHEIve initiatives that increase awareness, engagement and inclusion across HEINEKEN.
• Measure and communicate the impact of NeuroHEIve initiatives through analytics, reporting and storytelling.
