Job summary

Accell Group in Amsterdam is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to drive accurate and compliant HR service delivery across the organization. You will manage core HR processes, maintain data integrity, coordinate payroll activities, and advise managers on HR policies while supporting an international workforce in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and collaboration with Finance and HR teams to optimize processes and improve HR operations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Good understanding of Dutch labor law.
• Experience using Workday HRIS.
• Strong English communication and Dutch drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HR processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with payroll providers.
• Support rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to managers and staff.
• Investigate HR issues and follow up on Root Causes.
