SoftwareOne is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Specialist to support the BeNeLux employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and HR data management across multiple systems. You will partner with Finance and external providers in a remote, international team, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Hybrid work with Amsterdam office, strong Dutch and English required, and a focus on process optimization, data quality, and exceptional service delivery to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR administration in digital environments.
• Experience in BeNeLux HR operations and labor law knowledge.
• Ability to handle confidential information independently in a remote setting.
• Strong data skills and proficiency with Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR administration requests through ServiceNow and HR systems.
• Support full employee lifecycle in Workday and related systems.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts and salary letters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities for BeNeLux with Finance and external providers.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with auditors and authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
• Provide guidance on HR inquiries and route employees to the right teams.
