Hoshizaki Europe B.V. is looking for a Human Resources & General Affairs Specialist for their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of HR policies while ensuring compliance with HR laws in various countries.

The position requires strong HR knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS tools. The role offers a hybrid work environment and emphasizes a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written; any other European language is a plus.
• Prior experience in an international setting or willingness to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HR policies.
• Own the complete onboarding and offboarding process.
• Facilitate key HR activities such as talent acquisition and management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and adherence to company policies.
