Job summary

Accell Group is seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR management across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will report to the CHRO, lead a small HR team, and collaborate with the Works Council to drive process improvements and data governance. Travel across NL offices is occasional.

The role requires extensive HR operations experience, payroll familiarity, and a strong understanding of Dutch employment law within a complex, international setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience including hands-on HR operations
• Proven leadership of a team in a matrix, international environment
• Strong data governance and HR master data quality
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes
• Experience collaborating with Works Council and Dutch employment law knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR management and operations for the Netherlands and Belgium
• Report directly into the CHRO
• Lead and support a HR team of 3 people
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Works Council
• Drive process improvements and streamline HR workflows
• Improve HR master data quality and governance
• Ensure HR delivers accurate data for business decisions
• Support core employee processes and HR queries
