Tellent, a leading Talent Management Suite, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR operations, contracts, onboarding, and cross‑functional collaboration in Amsterdam. You’ll leverage HRIS knowledge and AI automation to improve processes and scale cross‑border workflows.

You’ll be the Amsterdam office go‑to HR lead, partnering with Product and other teams to translate user feedback into product improvements while ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Formación

• Experience in People Ops within international organizations.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English; additional language (French or German) an advantage.
• Hands-on with HRIS tooling and AI automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day HR lifecycle tasks including contract drafting and addenda.
• Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure smooth integration.
• Act as internal HRIS consultant, champion automation and share insights with Product.
• Support managers and employees with policy, benefits, and local regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements with autonomy.
