Quaker Houghton in the Netherlands is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. You will act as the primary contact for employees across the Netherlands, managing HR processes, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Solid understanding of Dutch employment practices.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms; Workday desirable.
• Experience in international/m multinational environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Support organizational changes including promotions and transfers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
