Job summary

ACT Commodities seeks a Workday & HR Technology Specialist to enhance global HR processes and expand capabilities. You will implement Workday modules across multiple countries, translate business needs into practical solutions, and coordinate testing while training users.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and external partners on system improvements, supporting HR and recruitment tech including ATS, payroll and employee experience tools. Based in or able to work hybrid from Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR technology experience.
• Understanding of HR processes with Workday or similar systems, ideally across countries.
• Experience with integrations, data management and project delivery.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to train users and work independently.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Papaya; Workday certification is a plus.
• Based in or able to work hybrid from Amsterdam, with permission to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Implement and expand Workday modules across countries, including Performance, Compensation, Benefits and Reporting.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions, covering processes, integrations, data and reporting.
• Coordinate testing, train users and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and external partners on system improvements.
• Support HR and recruitment technology, including ATS, payroll and employee experience tools.
