United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a motivated intern to join our European HR team and help improve the employee experience across our European markets.

You will translate business priorities into clear HR processes, practical resources and actionable insights, gaining hands-on experience in HR policy development, process improvement, HR data management and cross-border operations. This six‑month, hybrid internship is based in Rotterdam with three days per week onsite.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and an understanding of their responsible use, including when handling confidential information.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• A proactive, structured approach, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions, markets and cultures.
• An interest in improving employee experience through clear processes, reliable data and practical HR solutions.

Responsabilidades

• HR Policy & Process Development (60%) with onboarding, performance management, compensation and offboarding.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, templates and guidance for cross-border HR operations.
• Help make HR policies and processes clear and accessible for employees and people leaders.
