Job summary

Zero Motorcycles invites a proactive HR student in their third year to join our team in the Netherlands for an internship focusing on day-to-day HR activities across Europe. You will support compensation processes, onboarding, off-boarding and contract preparation, and assist with recruitment and HR data handling.

You will be part of an international, collaborative team, helping maintain HR communications, contribute to benefits projects and system testing, and work with Finance and Legal

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HR program, preferably in the third year.
• Fluent in Dutch with good command of English.
• Accurate, well-organized, eager to learn and creative.
• Enjoys teamwork, takes initiative, is proactive and perseverant.
• Good sense of humor and ability to keep things in perspective.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and compensation processes.
• Assist with preparing employment contracts, internship agreements, onboarding and off-boarding documentation, uploading new templates, updating the Employee Handbook with new policies, supporting recruitment and candidate management, handling HR support tickets, and preparing onboarding equipment and welcome packages.
