Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a People Operations & Global Mobility Intern to support daily HR activities and projects. You will assist payroll prep, data audits, benefits, mobility initiatives, and document preparation in a hybrid, international team.

You will join a dynamic HR operation, gaining practical experience while contributing to process improvements and employee relations. The internship runs 6 months starting January/February 2027 from their Hoofddorp office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in the Netherlands.
• Ability to start January or February 2027 for 6 months.
• EU/Nuffic agreement if not from EU.

Responsibilities

• Support HR People Operations & Global Mobility day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Assist with payroll preparation and data audits.
• Manage benefit modifications and process improvements.
• Contribute to global mobility initiatives and template standardization.
• Ensure time and absence compliance and prepare employee documents.
• Support employee communications and relationships.
