Unilever is offering an HR internship in Rotterdam for 5-6 months, requiring 32-40 hours per week and on-site presence 2-3 days weekly. You will support HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, gain exposure to multiple HR disciplines, and contribute to improvements in processes and tools.

You'll work with experienced colleagues, receive on-the-job coaching, and benefit from travel reimbursements and a monthly internship allowance of €625 gross.

Qualifications

• Available for 5-6 months starting February–March 2027 (minimum 32–40 hours per week).
• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO/Bachelor/Master).
• On-site Rotterdam office, 2–3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Support HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with onboarding, leave management and offboarding.
• Analyze HR data and insights to inform decisions.
• Support digital HR tools and self-service solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and People Partners.
