Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is seeking a senior marketer to shape the Away from Home portfolio and drive packaging strategy with cross-functional teams across Europe and global stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end innovation, translate consumer insights into packaging initiatives, manage budgets, and prepare compelling business cases for leadership while enjoying a hybrid work model in Amsterdam with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing and portfolio/innovation, leading projects from strategy to in-market delivery.
• Strategic mindset and initiative.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Solid foundation in traditional marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Combine long-term strategy (3-5 years) with execution by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define pack strategy and project-level strategy, present to EPDM Leadership Team for sign-off.
• Own end-to-end innovation delivery from insight to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize consumer, customer and category insights into compelling pack strategy.
• Develop and maintain innovation toolkits, templates and playbooks to accelerate market rollout.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets and risks; facilitate cross-functional alignment with leadership.
• Prepare business cases, slide decks and stakeholder communications for timely decisions.
• Support Away From Home Lead on general team activities
