Job summary

XD Connects B.V. is seeking a Group Pricing & Benchmark Manager to lead and execute the pricing strategy across markets and product categories. You will own governance, drive margin improvements, and provide market intelligence to inform executive decisions.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing and BI, and shape pricing excellence in an international, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, BI, or strategic analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of pricing, profitability, margin management, and benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or similar tools.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• A strategic, commercial, and data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Group Pricing Strategy across markets and product categories to drive profitability and growth.
• Own pricing governance and decision-making frameworks for policy alignment.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities through pricing analytics and performance reporting.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence and translate insights into recommendations.
• Drive pricing decisions for new product launches and commercial initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Develop pricing models, forecasting tools, and business cases for executive decisions.
• Lead and develop pricing professionals and promote a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and BI teams to improve performance.
