Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst – Spares to lead pricing excellence across global markets. You will own end-to-end pricing execution, analyze complex datasets, and align pricing strategies with financial targets while collaborating with international teams in a hybrid role based in Apeldoorn, NL.

You bring 3–5 years in pricing or analytics, strong commercial acumen, and excellent cross-country communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of international pricing or analytics experience.
• Strong pricing & commercial acumen with margin understanding.
• Autonomous mindset with ability to independently analyze complex data.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders across borders.
• Bonus: experience in HVAC, spare parts or technical products.

Responsibilities

• Refine pricing frameworks to optimize regional strategies.
• Execute new spare parts pricing allocation.
• Identify margin levers by analyzing sales data.
• Map and optimize sales and pricing processes.
• Translate data into actionable commercial insights and KPIs.
