Job summary

BDR Thermea Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst – Spares to develop spares pricing and support sales across global markets. The role is hybrid, based in Apeldoorn with 2–3 days in the office and flexible home-working options.

You will own end-to-end pricing execution, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with international teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing/analyst roles in international settings.
• Solid grasp of margin management, cost-plus pricing, discounts, elasticity.
• Autonomous, curious mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to align stakeholders across geographies.
• Bonus points for HVAC, spare parts, or technical products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine pricing frameworks to optimize regional pricing strategies.
• Execute new spare parts pricing allocations.
• Identify profitability levers by analyzing sales data and margins.
• Map and optimize pricing and sales processes.
• Turn data into strategic insights via KPIs and predictive models.
• Collaborate across functions with data teams, sales operations and leadership.
• Drive data integrity and accurate pricing models and dashboards.
