Job summary

Corbion is seeking a Global Pricing Director to lead the worldwide pricing function, shaping pricing strategy, governance and performance. You will partner with business leaders, regional teams, finance, procurement and product management to drive growth and value creation.

In this high-visibility role, you will build a high-performing pricing organization, advance pricing capabilities, and steer pricing initiatives across the enterprise with influence at senior leadership levels.

Qualifications

Experience leading pricing teams or functions in B2B environments.
Strong understanding of value-based and cost-based pricing.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
Experience with pricing governance, models, CRM, and pricing tooling.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the global pricing process from strategy to execution.
Act as global process owner for pricing governance and continuous improvement.
Lead a global pricing team with coaching and capability building.
Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with business area leaders.
Develop and optimize pricing capabilities within SAP, Salesforce, and related tools.
Monitor pricing performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
Drive pricing transformation initiatives and embed best practices.
