BDR Thermea Group's Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst – Spares is a data-driven role based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, with hybrid work and international exposure. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (Pricing Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Controller) in an international industrial environment.
• Pricing and commercial acumen including margin management, cost-plus pricing, and elasticity principles.
• Autonomous and curious mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Versatile communication to align stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & refine pricing frameworks to optimize regional pricing strategies.
• Execute new spare parts pricing allocation.
• Identify profitability levers by analyzing sales data.
