Responsibilities

• Understand the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from time of purchase order issuance through delivery.
• Coordinate tasks on shipments to meet customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, pre-alerts, governmental filings, delivery, invoicing, etc.
• Collaborate with international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency and customer service.
• Provide reporting and documentation support to customers and participate in customer business reviews.
