Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year Global Forwarding experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from PO issuance to delivery.
• Coordinate shipment tasks to meet customer SOPs and timelines.
• Build relationships with customers and respond to issues promptly.
• Provide reporting and participate in customer business reviews.
• Apply industry knowledge to improve processes and solve problems.
