Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Global Forwarding Agent to manage and operate the shipment lifecycle for our clients' international freight.

You will be the primary contact, ensuring efficient processing from purchase order through delivery while resolving issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with international teams and third-party agents, handle documentation, bookings, pre-alerts, and invoicing, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of Global Forwarding experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Proven customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence across international shipments from PO to delivery.
• Coordinate bookings, pre-alerts, filings, and invoicing with internal and third‑party teams.
• Build strong client relationships and provide timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and participate in customer business reviews.
