Job summary

C.H. Robinson in the Netherlands is seeking a Global Forwarding Agent to manage and operate the shipment lifecycle for our customers' global freight. You will be the primary contact, detail-oriented, service-savvy, and a problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work hands-on with customers from the start of the shipment process, collaborating with international teams and third-party agents while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year Global Forwarding experience is required (minimum).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence across international shipment processes from PO to delivery.
• Coordinate with international teams and third-party agents to ensure timely, compliant shipping and invoicing.
