Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands seeks a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a diverse client portfolio within our Tech division. You’ll partner with international clients, operations, and support teams to drive performance, revenue, and long-term value.

In this role you’ll manage contracts and pricing, lead quarterly business reviews, and translate data into concrete improvement actions while aligning with internal teams for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Experience in customer success or contract management in contract logistics.
• Strong KPI analysis and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships within a complex contract logistics environment.
• Analyze and improve SLA performance, KPIs and commercial results.
• Lead MBRs/QBRs and translate data into improvements.
• Identify upselling and contract expansion opportunities.
• Manage contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements.
