Arvato in Echt, Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead and develop the Customer Support operation within our Consumer Product division. You will own the team, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements from day one.

You will manage a proactive, hands-on team in a fast-paced logistics environment, with a focus on ownership, processes, and future growth for a modern logistics campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Technical Administration or Business Administration.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, medical or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of order management processes, including inbound, outbound and transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Support operation, ensuring strong collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support the Supervisor in day-to-day management and development of the team.
• Maintain close contact with customers regarding bottlenecks and coordinate actions to resolve them.
• Act as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, Operations, Account Management and carriers.
• Identify opportunities to expand and further develop services for existing customers.
• Drive continuous improvement through process improvements with your team.
• Monitor order management across inbound, outbound and transport activities.
• Ensure service levels are understood, monitored and achieved.
